Our team
I'm Lida Daoutopoulou-Hunter — Marine Biologist, Zoologist, Certified Behaviourist, and certified in Animal Assisted Therapy.
Mark Anthony Hunter is my husband, with extensive hands-on experience working with abused and traumatised animals in the United States.
Together, we bring over 20 years of experience working with animals. But more than the years — helping difficult dogs and their owners is our passion, our purpose, our love.
Our salon is a family — and everyone who walks through our door becomes part of it.

That's exactly why we're here. At every appointment, we take as much time as needed for your dog to feel safe and calm. Through specific techniques, desensitisation becomes play and fun rather than pressure and fear — we always work at your dog's pace, with no rush. Our goal isn't just a clean coat. It's to help your dog let go of fear and anxiety, and build patience and calm.

But what exactly makes your approach different?
We never begin any grooming process until your dog has first experienced a genuine sense of safety and trust. This alone can take up to 30–60 minutes. We use specific calming techniques so your dog feels completely at home. We never restrain dogs forcefully at any stage. There is continuous emotional support throughout. We avoid muzzles and restrictive techniques as much as possible. Our bath is the most soothing experience your dog will ever have. The music we play is specifically chosen for the canine nervous system.
But above all — it's the energy of love and calm that fills our space and our hearts. Your dog knows. 🐾

Our salon is specifically set up for exactly these cases. Our flooring is specially designed for dogs who cannot climb onto the grooming table. We carry specialised products for skin with wounds, allergies and sensitivities. But beyond the technical — the most important thing is our expertise in handling these dogs with the time, calm and gentleness they deserve, so that their experience is genuinely relieving and deeply pleasant.

How much does it cost?
Every dog is different and needs time and care to settle in. Think of the first appointment as a combination of grooming and behavioural support. The first appointment lasts 3 hours and the cost is adjusted according to breed, behaviour and grooming needs.
